Formed in 2001, OHS offers history and heritage related programming and a wealth of collective knowledge about Olympia and environs.
State Capital Museum
Housed in the historic Lord Mansion, the Museum is a short walk from the Capitol Campus. Exhibits highlight the history and culture of Washington State in a series of changing displays.
Olympia Heritage Commission
The advisory board to the City of Olympia on preservation issues and maintains the city’s register of historic sites.
